Shipping

Shipping Policy: Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Dental Emporium on eBay and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges which may apply to your order. We usually ship most small and medium items within 24 hours of approved eBay Payment (Except items purchased on weekends or holidays; these are shipped the next regular business day). Priority, (2-4 business days) Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2 to 4 Day Priority Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-4 full business days. Overnight/Express, (1 business day) most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day. Standard Freight, (5-10 business days) Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. These items usually arrive within 5-9 full business days after leaving the warehouse. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Products Description page.) Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. However, these services are available at an extra charge. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you and proper equipment (fork-lift, etc.) to help you unload the item and bring it inside. Products indicating Inside Delivery will include delivery over the first threshold of your home. It does not include flights of stairs, assembly, or debris removal. INTERNATIONAL: International Buyers, please know that many items may be required to pay CUSTOMS or TARIFF FEES when entering your country, especially when combined shipped with other of our products. You will be responsible to pay these fees. We will not be held accountable for any of these fees. Combined Shipping: We combine ship 99% of our products (large items such as cabinets or portable units are not included). Buyers have a total of 24 hours on which to add combined items to their original (first) order to be considered eligible for combined shipping. To better serve our customers, we try to ship orders within 24 hours of cleared PayPal payment, items added after this time may delay the shipping of the original order. After 24 hours, no new items can be added to the original (first) order and/or considered eligible for combined shipping unless requested ahead of time by the Buyer.

Returns/Exchange

Returns Policy: Is there a problem with your purchase? All our items offer either 30 days return/exchange or refund. Please read each listing carefully for these specifics. Although we do our best, sometimes accidents happen. We want to get the right items in your hands as soon as possible.
